Salmon and Wakame Broth

INGREDIENTS
2 fillets of Salmon (skinless)
Miso paste
Fresh wakame
Wasabi
Soy sauce
Ginger
Garlic
Straw mushrooms
Red Onion
Red chili
Bok choy
Sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix miso, wasabi and soy to a paste and spread over the salmon
Wrap salmon fillets in the fresh wakame
Fry off red onion garlic and ginger in sesame oil
Mix in 2 teaspoon of miso paste and then add a litre of boiling water to make a broth
Add bok choy, hokkien noodles and straw mushrooms
Place the wrapped salmon fillets on top of the broth and steam until cooked
Serve in a bowl adding fresh chili for garnish.
