Miyeok Guk and Seaweed Soup
This is a Korean dish.
1 oz miyeok (dried seaweed)
4 oz beef
½ tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
1. Rehydrate dried seaweed in water for 30 minutes.
2. Cut into 2 – 3 inch pieces.
3. In a pot, add sesame oil, saute beef with soy sauce.
4. Add water and seaweed, bring to a boil.
5. Cover to simmer.
6. Cook for about 30 minutes until seaweed release the flavor and soup gets milky.
